Waste fuel collection enquiry

In brief

Use this waste fuel collection enquiry to ask City Fuel Services to assess your fuel. Tell us your business and collection postcode, roughly how much there is, what it is and any contamination, how it is stored and reached, and whether you need a one-off or regular collection. We come back to confirm a rebate or a collection charge. Prefer to talk? Call 07950 582635.

What happens after your waste fuel enquiry

  1. We assess the details

  2. We confirm the terms

Either a rebate or a collection charge, agreed with you before anything is booked.

  3. We book and collect

On the day the fuel is pumped out and leaves on a consignment note. You keep your copy.

Questions about the enquiry

Do I need to know exactly how much fuel I have?

No. A rough figure is fine, for example "two IBCs, about three-quarters full". Our guide to measuring how much waste fuel you have helps if you are unsure.

Can I send photos?

Yes. Reply to our email with photos of the containers and, if you can, a sample in a clear jar. Photos help us assess the load.

Does sending an enquiry commit me to anything?

No. We assess the details and confirm a rebate or a charge. Nothing is booked until you agree.
