## Keeping disposal costs down in Cardiff

Collect before containers overflow or start to degrade, and ask about combining a disposal load with any fuel that still has value.

Cardiff is in Wales, so waste fuel is regulated by Natural Resources Wales and moves on a Welsh hazardous waste consignment note.

## Questions about waste fuel disposal in Cardiff

### Can I put waste oil in with the fuel?

Please do not. Mixing different wastes makes the whole load harder to deal with, and the hazardous waste rules generally do not allow it.

### Will you tell me if some of the fuel is worth something?

Yes. Every load from Cardiff is assessed; if part of it has value, we tell you.

### Where does disposed fuel from Cardiff go?

To a facility permitted to accept it, named on your consignment note. Keep your copy for your records.
