# Who buys waste petrol in Thame?

In brief

Yes, City Fuel Services buys waste petrol in Thame, Oxfordshire. We collect it from cans, drums, IBCs and tanks around the OX9 district, about 130 miles from our licensed site in Droylsden, and confirm a rebate or a charge first. Waste petrol can earn a rebate or carry a collection charge, depending on its volume, quality, contamination and access, and on the oil market on the day. City Fuel Services can buy it from you: call [07950 582635](tel:+447950582635).

## What we need to buy waste petrol in Thame

Tell us your name or business and the postcode, roughly how much waste petrol you have and in what containers, whether anything else has got into it, how a vehicle reaches it, and whether you need one collection or regular ones.

## What waste petrol is worth around Thame

Clean, dry waste petrol in bulk containers usually earns the best terms; water, sludge and small or awkward loads reduce them. We never publish prices, because every load and every day is different: for an actual figure, call 07950 582635 or send an enquiry.

## Rules for waste petrol in England

In England the Environment Agency regulates hazardous waste. Producers no longer have to register (that ended in 2016), every load moves on a hazardous waste consignment note kept for three years, and since 1 October 2026 permitted sites that receive the waste report it through Digital Waste Tracking.
