# Who buys waste kerosene in Aberdeen?

In brief

City Fuel Services buys waste kerosene in Aberdeen, Aberdeen City and the places around it, from anyone holding it: businesses, farms, public bodies and households. Aberdeen is about 255 miles north of our Droylsden site, near the AB25, AB10 and AB24 postcode districts. Loads of waste kerosene can earn a rebate or carry a collection charge, depending on their condition and size, and we confirm which before we collect. Call [07950 582635](tel:+447950582635) or [send an enquiry](https://cityfuel.services/enquiry/).

## Getting waste kerosene in Aberdeen collected

We need five things: who and where you are, how much waste kerosene there is, what it is and anything mixed in, how it is stored and reached, and whether this is a one-off.

## Is waste kerosene in Aberdeen worth anything?

Clean, dry kerosene recovers well. Water, sludge and mixing with other fuels reduce value; small domestic quantities are mostly about safe removal rather than value. We never publish prices, because every load and every day is different: for an actual figure, call 07950 582635 or send an enquiry.

## Rules for waste kerosene in Scotland

In Scotland, SEPA regulates special waste. Every load moves on a special waste consignment note with a SEPA-issued code, wherever in the UK it is going, copies are kept for three years, and permitted receiving sites join Digital Waste Tracking from January 2027.

## Where Aberdeen sits in our Aberdeen and Grampian coverage

Aberdeen is part of our Aberdeen and Grampian coverage, which runs along main roads such as A90, A96 and A93. The nearest other town is Dyce, about 5 miles away.
