## Keeping mixed fuel worth collecting in Hemel Hempstead

Treat mixed fuel like petrol: a small share of petrol lowers the flash point of the whole mix far below normal air temperatures. Book collections before containers fill, rather than after.

Collections from Hemel Hempstead follow English rules: the fuel is hazardous waste, it travels on a hazardous waste consignment note, and the permitted site that receives it records it on the Digital Waste Tracking service.
